Paul Keller Obituary

Paul E. Keller, age 97, of Reynoldsville, PA, went to his heavenly home on Monday, April 18, 2022. Paul was a faithful man who loved the Lord, his family, and his community. Paul was born January 24, 1925, to the late Charles D and Hetty (Pifer) Keller, in the house in which he lived his entire life.  Paul served in the United States Army and was a World War II veteran. On October 19, 1956, he married the love of his life, Helen Schuckers. Together, they raised three sons, while he also maintained their family farm. Paul worked as a mail carrier in Reynoldsville for 25 years. Paul is survived by his sons Dan (Nancy) Keller of Reynoldsville, PA, Ray (Sherry) Keller of Williston, VT, and Rodney (Lisa) Keller of Punxsutawney, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren Greg (Kelly) Keller of Canonsburg, PA, Don (Amy) Keller of Reynoldsville, PA, Erin Keller of Crozet, VA, Emily Keller of Williston, VT, Elizabeth Keller of Knox, PA, and Laura Keller of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by four great – grandchildren, Savannah, Liam, Bela, and Mason. Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Helen, and his sisters Dorothy Kuntz and Mildred Mohney.  Friends will be received on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 9am – 11am at the Paradise United Church of Christ, with a celebration of life immediately following the viewing beginning at 11am and officiated by Pastor Donna Jarrell. Military Honors will be rendered by the DuBois Area Honor Guard.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Paradise UCC, 4225 Big Run Prescottville Rd., Reynoldsville, PA 15851. Memorial donations can also be made in his name to his son’s mission organization, Moving Mountains Mission, 500 Pine St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767, or his granddaughters nonprofit Cosechando Felicidad, Inc., 117 Elk Lane, Williston, VT, 05495, both organizations serving the people of Guatemala.
