Nancy Louise (Fisher) Mishler

Nancy Louise (Fisher) Mishler, 73, of DuBois, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022, while a patient at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital in DuBois, PA. Born April 10, 1948, in Johnstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Franklin Sr. and Henrietta (Jones) Fisher. Formerly from Clearfield, PA, Nancy was a resident of Christ the King Manor in DuBois, PA. She was a loving mother and enjoyed taking her son fishing and to Bingo when he was young. She enjoyed playing Penuckle with friends. She was Methodist by faith. Nancy was mostly a stay-at-home mother, but also worked as a seamstress at McGregor's Sewing Factory in Clearfield and Kent's Sportswear Inc., in Curwensville. She was also an assistant manager at Dollar General in Clearfield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her young son, Robert C. Mishler Jr.; and sisters, Patricia Louder, Martha Theys, Ruth Ann Siciliano, and Diane Hewitt. She is survived by her son Robert M. Mishler and his wife, Brenda; grandchildren, Gabriel, Zachary, and Benjamin Mishler; sisters, Mary Jane Randolph, Linda Forster, Georgeann Ruparcic, and Anna Hildebrand; brothers, Franklin Fisher Jr., Charles Fisher and Walter Leroy Fisher; former spouse, Robert C. Mishler Sr., and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the McKinney — d'Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Brookville PA, 15825.
