Laura Ann (Adams) Solada

Laura Ann (Adams) Solada, 56, of Reynoldsville, PA, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at her home. Born in Punxsutawney, PA, on May 7, 1966, Laura was the daughter of the late Paul Albert Adams. She was a graduate of Jeff Tech in Reynoldsville. She worked as a secretary as well as a certified nursing assistant throughout her career. Laura married James Andrew Solada on July 3, 1998, in Reynoldsville; James survives her. Laura appreciated the beautiful things in life, she enjoyed spending time in nature, especially while gardening. She looked for the beauty in the world and had a specific love for flowers. Laura would even capture the most beautiful moments with her interest in photography. While she enjoyed the things that are pleasant to look at, she also found beauty in books and was an avid reader. Laura’s presence and keen eye for beautiful things will be dearly missed by those closest to her. In addition to her husband, Laura is survived by three children: Nick P. Petrillo; Tara E. Solada, and Matthew J. Gordon, all of Reynoldsville. Laura is also survived by one brother; John Paul Adams; one niece Jenna L. Adams; and one great niece; Aubree M. Carr. In addition to her father, Laura is preceded in passing by one sister: Sandy L. Gordon. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 6pm to 8pm at the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. Final interment will be at Lakelawn Memorial Park, Winslow Twp., Jefferson Co., PA.
