Larry Jay Kohler

Larry Jay Kohler, 59, of DuBois, PA, passed away during the evening hours of Wednesday, November 9, 2022, while at his home with his loving wife and daughter by his side. He was born on November 18, 1962, to the late Alvin Charles and Susan Olive (Crawford) Kohler in DuBois, PA. Larry married Pamela Sue Murray in Paradise, PA; Pamela survives him. Larry graduated from DuBois Area High School with the Class of 1981. He achieved his associates degree from Triangle Tech in electric and mechanical. He worked for PennDot and traveled all over Western Pennsylvania for work. Larry was a jack of all trades when it came to working. He was a very hard worker and was willing to do anything that needed to be done. Larry was a past member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in all the surrounding areas. Larry loved hunting, fishing, and four-wheeler riding. He loved to go on vacation, especially going to the beach or on cruises. In addition to his wife, Larry is survived by one daughter; Brandi Alexandria Kohler; and two brothers; Nick Kohler and Alvin Kohler. In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in passing by one sister; Marietta Engle. All services will be held privately to the family and have been entrusted to the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
