Floribel (Kuntz) Dickey

Floribel (Kuntz) Dickey, 103, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at Nelson’s Golden Years, DuBois, PA, formerly of Dickey Road, Reynoldsville, PA.  She was born March 21, 1917, in Reynoldsville, PA, to the late James and Celia (Gressman) Kuntz.  She was the wife of J. Walter Dickey who preceded her in death in 1976.  She was also predeceased by two sisters, Alberta Kuntz and Mazie Vanyo and a son-in-law, John Sprankle.  Survived by a daughter and son-in-law Karen and Robert Bussard. Previously employed by Yount’s Kandy Kitchen.  She was well known for her crafting and sewing skills.  She was a member of the Reynoldsville First United Methodist Church.  Memorials can be made in her name to the Syphrit Cemetery Association, 579 Dickey Road, Reynoldsville, PA 15851, Reynoldsville First United Methodist Church, 504 Jackson Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851 or Nelson’s Golden Years, P.O. Box 446, DuBois, PA 15801. A private funeral service will be broadcast on Monday, December 28, 2020, beginning at 11am and officiated by Reverend Thomas D. Carr. A public memorial service will be planned for a later date. Interment will take place at Syphrit Cemetery, Reynoldsville, Jefferson Co., PA.  Services have been entrusted to the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851.
