Donna Lee Harbison

Donna Lee Harbison, 78, of Brookville, PA, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, April 28, 2022, while a resident of the McKinley Health Center in Brookville. Donna was born on August 7, 1943, to the late Andrew and Frannie (Behrendt) Jurcenko in Punxsutawney, PA. She married Raymond Samuel Harbison on February 14, 1985, in Reynoldsville, PA; Sam preceded her in passing on November 3, 2018. Donna worked for Cameron in Reynoldsville and then for Owens Illinois in Brookville for over 30 years. Donna was a member of the Roseville Independent Chapel and the Reynoldsville Gospel Center. She loved to teach Sunday School at the Reynoldsville Gospel Center and attending bible studies and Sunday services. She was also a local union member #247 and was born again on May 4, 1975. Donna lived in the Brookville area for over 50 years, she was known by everyone and was very well liked. Donna will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and community. Donna is survived by five sons; James Thomas McKee, Kevin Allen Kahle, Kevin Paul Harbison, Keith James Harbison, Kurt John Harbison; two daughters; Karen Sue McFarland, Kathlene Moore; two sisters; Joyce Ann Wood of Punxsutawney, PA and Dee Jean Buczyna of Hawaii; and one sister-in-law; Mary Catarouche. Donna is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Donna is preceded in passing by one son; Kenneth Lee Kahle; infant twins; Andrew and Andrea McKee; and one brother; George Catarouche. Family and friends will be received on Monday, May 2, 2022, from 10am to 1pm at the Roseville Independent Chapel, 3598 US-322, Brookville, PA 15825. A funeral service will be held immediately following the viewing, beginning at 1pm and officiated by Pastor Jim Fillhart. Interment will take place at Lakelawn Memorial Park, Winslow Twp., Jefferson Co., PA.
