Brenda Elizabeth Booser

Brenda Elizabeth Booser, 82, of Brookville, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, while a resident of Penn Highlands Jefferson Manor in Brookville, PA. Brenda was born on December 12, 1939, to the late Dorothy Mackenzie in Brookville. Brenda was a hard worker; she worked at Brookville Glove and MacBeth’s Cabin’s. She loved all animals. She enjoyed going to craft shows and yard sales trying to find unique items to add to her collection. Above all else, Brenda loved her family. She loved being a mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Brenda is survived by three children; Mark (Becky) Booser of Brookville, PA, Lorraine (Frank) Carrier of Summerville, PA, and Brian Booser of Brookville, PA; four grandsons; Jason (Lisa) Booser of NC, Joshua Booser of MD, Jeremy (Amber) Mills of Summerville, PA, and Ryan Mills of Brookville, PA; one granddaughter; Cheyanne (Shawn) Sheffer of OK. She is also survived by twelve greatgrandchildren; Easton, Lily, Gavin, Elliegh, Dominik, Jaxon, Rylee, Hailey, Chloe, Ezra, Hunter, and Abigale; one brother; Robert Mackenzie; and one sister; Suzan Davis. In addition to her mother, Brenda is preceded in passing by two brothers; Gregory Mackenzie and Donald Gillung. All services will be held privately to the family and have been entrusted to the McKinney – d’Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main St., Brookville, PA 15825. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Gateway Humane Society, 1211 Airport Rd., Falls Creek, PA 15840.
